    At Blue Harbor Senior Living our mission is to celebrate the unique qualities of our Residents by providing personalized care and exceptional service in a compassionate environment.


    • Service, Maintenance, & Pre-Maintenance of the Community
    • Cabinet & Counter top Installation
    • Care and cleaning of maintenance equipment & maintenance shop
    • Grounds Care
    • Painting, interior and exterior
    • Work Order completion for Resident Service needed.
    • Assist residents with move-in when necessary
    • Driving Force in the Unit Turn Process
    • Alternate on-call availability for routine off-duty needs as scheduled by the Building Services Manager
    • Present a professional demeanor that communicates a corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in each resident’s need


    Education and/or Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years previous building maintenance required
    • Previous work experience and working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
    • Minimum 18 years of age or proper work permit
    • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently

    **Sign on bonus paid out the following:

    90 days - $300

    180 days - $300

    270 days - $300

    365 days - $300
